Overview
This policy explains how VOXIOS collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website or use the VOXIOS Company OS. By using VOXIOS, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect account and identity information, company membership and authorization records, directives and content you submit, service usage and security events, device and network data, and support communications. When you connect a third-party service, we also process the data needed to authenticate and perform the actions you request.
For the initial Google Drive integration, VOXIOS requests read-only file metadata access. This can include file names, identifiers, MIME types, timestamps, ownership or sharing metadata, and search results. The integration does not request permission to modify files or download their contents.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate VOXIOS, authenticate users, enforce company roles and approval boundaries, execute requested integrations, maintain durable audit records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.
Google API Services
VOXIOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is accessed only after you connect an account and only to provide user-facing features you request or authorize. You can revoke VOXIOS access from your Google Account permissions at any time.
Service Providers and Disclosure
We use service providers to host the application, authenticate users, coordinate connected accounts, process requested AI workflows, monitor security, and operate infrastructure. They may process data only to provide those services under their applicable contractual and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve authorized audit history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Disconnecting an integration disables its use and starts revocation of the provider connection. You may also revoke access directly through the third-party provider. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact us through the contact section on our homepage.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including server-side credential handling, access controls, bounded tool permissions, encryption in transit, and durable audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may decline to connect third-party services, disconnect an existing connection, revoke provider access, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Browser settings can limit certain website technologies, though some features may not function as intended.
Children and Changes
VOXIOS is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date; material changes may also be communicated through the service.
