These Terms govern your access to the VOXIOS website and Company OS. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use VOXIOS for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and Authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Company owners control membership, connected services, agent capabilities, and approval policies. You are responsible for actions authorized through your account or company.
The Service
VOXIOS provides AI-assisted planning, analysis, coordination, and execution through configured services. Features may be experimental, change over time, or be subject to usage limits. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.
AI Outputs and Professional Advice
AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must review outputs and maintain human oversight, especially before consequential actions. VOXIOS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified professionals.
Connected Services
You may authorize VOXIOS to access third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and policies. You are responsible for granting only appropriate access and for reviewing proposed actions. You may disconnect integrations, but third-party systems may retain records under their own policies.
Acceptable Use
You may not use VOXIOS to violate law or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access; distribute malware; evade security, approval, or usage controls; impersonate others; generate deceptive or abusive content; or interfere with the service. You may not reverse engineer or resell the service except where applicable law expressly permits it or a separate written agreement authorizes it.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain rights in content you submit and grant VOXIOS the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and transform it to provide the service. VOXIOS and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, and branding. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed for content and data you provide.
Fees and Suspension
Paid features, if offered, are subject to the pricing and payment terms shown when you subscribe. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, nonpayment, or legal necessity. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOXIOS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular business result.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOXIOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid VOXIOS for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and Contact
